Image Usage Terms

As a participant in The Pebbles, you are invited to select one portrait of your choice for your own use under the following terms:

• The selected image may be used free of charge on social media channels directly associated with you, including your personal or official profiles. Such use requires a visible credit. On Instagram, please always tag @thepebblesofficial, @elizabeth.filippouli and @seb.boettcher. On other platforms, please credit www.thepebbles.org.

• We warmly encourage shared/collaborative posts with The Pebbles wherever appropriate and are very happy to help facilitate and coordinate these.

• The images may also be used offline for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as personal prints or private display.

• This usage is granted on a non-exclusive basis. Copyright and all other rights in the photographs remain with the photographer.

• The licence is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or sublicensed to any third party, including publications, organisations, companies, agencies or other commercial partners.

• Any use beyond the above is subject to a separate licence and applicable fee, to be agreed in advance.

• Where a licence fee applies, it includes full professional retouching of the selected image and provision of the final high-resolution file.

• Any third party wishing to reproduce, publish or otherwise use an image should contact the photographer directly to arrange the appropriate licence.

These terms allow every participant to enjoy and share her portrait while enabling The Pebbles and the photographer to maintain consistent control over the wider publication and licensing of the project imagery.
